What is the production minimum?

We fulfil orders starting from a minimum edition of 50 pieces for one graphic design.

How to prepare files for printing?

Familiarise yourself with our technical requirements, which you can find in: Specification of files provided by Clients.

What is the standard lead time?

We set up deadlines individually, depending on the production load at the time, and of course your preferences. Promotional items such as coasters / bags, etc. - Approximately 2-3 weeks from the approval of the final print files. Games and puzzles with your own graphics - about 4-6 weeks from the moment of approval for printing. However, we always try to meet client's expectations on time.

I want to make an enquiry about game production - what should it include?

In order to prepare an offer please send us the following information: - interesting edition - list of game components and their quantity - formats of individual items - whether the product is to be packed in a box and if so, what kind of box (cardboard lid/den, cardboard, In chosen shape or other). For board games we additionally ask for: approximate format of the box, format of the board, additional components (pawns, dice, formers) and their dimensions and colours.

How will I receive my invoice?

Invoices are available only in electronic form via e-mail. After placing your order, we send you a proforma invoice. You can download it at any time. In the case of orders paid for in a given month that have not yet been processed, the system will generate an additional document - a VAT advance invoice at the end of the month in which the payment was made. The final VAT invoice will only be issued once your order has been processed. The shipment of ordered products that you or your customer receives will always contain only what you ordered - never the invoice or our advertising materials.

How much time do I have to pay before my order is no longer valid?

An order that has not been paid for (in case of prepayment) remains valid for 14 days. After this time, it is automatically deleted from the production system.

Can I order products shipped outside Poland?

We do not organise international transport. Usually the customer's courier is commissioned to pick up the foreign order.

Which courier companies do you use?

We use the services of DHL. However, large-volume orders are delivered by dedicated transport.

How are finished materials packed and shipped?

We pack your shipment in sturdy cardboard boxes so that your order reaches you or your customer safely. The package you or your customer receives will always contain only the ordered product - never the invoice or our advertising materials. We can provide additional services such as custom packing and carton labelling. To order this service, please contact our Customer Service Department.

What is the default shipping address for my order?

Our default shipping address is our invoice address. You can inform us of a change to your delivery address no later than 3 days before the agreed delivery date. If you do not find the answer to your question, please contact our Customer Service Team.
